What is a Vanilla Cinnamon Latte?

Whenever I think of cozy, my mind immediately goes to vanilla and cinnamon.
The two are synonymous with an evening spent by the fireplace while a gentle snow falls outside your cabin in the woods.
This delicious drink is a gentle fusion of sweet vanilla and the sprinkle of cinnamon swirling with strong coffee.
In summary, this drink is basically comfort in a cup.
What’s in a Vanilla Cinnamon Latte?

This drink comes together with a few very simple ingredients.
Espresso
If you don’t have an espresso machine, don’t worry!
You can make a very similar drink using a French press or Aeropress.
Strongly brewed coffee is another option for adding coffee flavor to this drink.
Flavor Syrup

My recipe uses homemade vanilla syrup with a bit of cinnamon sprinkled in.
But you can find premade cinnamon sugar syrup on Amazon.
Milk
Oat milk is a nice option for this drink.
But whole milk gives it a full-bodied mouth feel that’s unbeatable!
Soy or almond milk is also a great option.
And if you’re looking for a lighter version, skim milk will be your go-to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you make an iced vanilla cinnamon latte?
Of course! In fact, this drink is easily adaptable to either hot or cold.
If enjoying cold, skip heating the milk and pour the whole thing over ice.
You can still froth the milk if you like a bit of body to your drink.
And if you want a frigid drink, make sure to pour the espresso in a HyperChiller before adding it to your drink.
You can also use coffee ice cubes to preserve the rich coffee flavors in this subtly sweet concoction.
Can you make a sugar-free vanilla cinnamon latte?
Absolutely! Simply use sugar-free vanilla cinnamon syrup.
Or alternatively, make your own by substituting Stevia for sugar.
The best part about making great coffee at home is the ability to customize it however you like!
