What is an Iced Vanilla Latte with Cinnamon Sugar Cold Foam?

The base of this drink is espresso, sweetened with vanilla syrup.
It’s then poured over ice (either regular or coffee cubes), and then milk is swirled in.
The drink is finished with a cinnamon cold foam that swirls in extra sweetness.
It’s a delightful blend of flavors that will dance on your tongue and leave you wanting more!
What’s in an Iced Vanilla Latte with Cinnamon Sugar Cold Foam?

This drink comes together easily with a few simple ingredients.
Espresso
If you have an espresso machine, then simply pull a shot or two.
But if you don’t have an espresso machine, then I’ve got a quick trick for you.
Although I love espresso, I hated cleaning my machine.
Plus, it simply took up too much counter space.
So I replaced my espresso machine with an Aeropress and couldn’t be happier!
This little device makes a tasty shot of espresso or a delicious cup of coffee.
And it’s so much easier to clean!
Milk
Although I love using oat milk in my coffee recipes, you can use any milk you have in your fridge.
Whole milk lends a layer of indulgence unmatched by any other.
But if you’re watching calories, you can certainly use skim milk.
Almond or soy milks also work well in these types of recipes.
For the cold foam, a mixture of heavy cream and skim milk works the best.
But you can substitute any milk for the skim milk, and it will still have some body to it with a bit of frothing.
And if you’re lactose-intolerant, try using a plant-based heavy cream.
Flavors

The espresso is sweetened with a vanilla syrup.
You can easily whip up your own batch of homemade vanilla syrup by following the recipe below.
Or you can buy premade vanilla syrup.
And the cold foam layer is sweetened with a bit of cinnamon and sugar.
