What is a Raspberry Cream Cold Brew?

This epic drink starts with a cold brew base lightly sweetened with vanilla syrup.
It’s finished with a luxurious raspberry cold foam that elevates the drink to legendary status.
The raspberry cream cold brew is a subtly sweet, refreshing drink that’s as easy to recreate at home as it is addictive.
What’s in a Raspberry Cream Cold Brew?

This drink comes together with a few simple ingredients.
Cold Brew
When it comes to cold brew for this and other recipes, you have several options available.
- Buy premade cold brew. Califia Farms offers an unsweetened cold brew that pairs perfectly with this recipe.
- Make your own cold brew at home with these cold brew grounds and this brewing pitcher. Brewing cold brew takes about 10-12 hours, so you’ll need to plan ahead if you’re using this method.
- If you want a faster way to an icy cold brew at home, use this electric kettle to heat the water, this handy little device to brew a quick cup of coffee, and this excellent chilling system to cool your brew in under 60 seconds. This method is perfect if you want to make a quick cold brew to use in recipes like these.
Flavor Syrups

For this recipe, you’ll need vanilla syrup to flavor the cold brew and raspberry syrup for the cold foam.
You can either make your own syrup or buy a premade one.
Here are links for my favorite vanilla and raspberry syrups.
Cold Foam
I’m lactose intolerant and enjoy using plant-based or lactose-free products to make cold foam, but feel free to use whatever is your preference.
Cold foam is a combination of heavy whipping cream and skim milk with a hint of added sweetness, which in this case comes from raspberry syrup.
Use this affordable hand frother to combine ingredients in a small pitcher, and voilà! You have homemade cold foam.

Mom Life Pro Tips
- Sugar-free options: If you’re looking for a little less sugar in your life, use sugar-free vanilla and raspberry syrups. You can also consider swapping in vanilla extract for the cold brew instead of the syrup and then using just the sugar-sweetened raspberry syrup in the cold foam.
- Coffee ice: Save your leftover morning brew by pouring it into an ice cube tray. When you want to make a coffee concoction, use the coffee cubes to avoid dilution of the flavor.
