  • Pour the ground coffee into the brewing chamber of your cold brew pitcher. Add the cold water and allow to steep in the fridge for 12-18 hours.
  • Fill your favorite glass with ice and pour 3/4 full with the cold brew coffee.
  • Combine the heavy cream, oat milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a milk frother and froth the mixture. You can alternatively use a hand frother or even your hand mixer.
  • Once frothed to your liking, pour the cold foam over the iced cold brew coffee and enjoy! Garnish with a few dark chocolate curls or crushed candy cane for an extra treat.

Notes

Recipe makes an 8 ounce serving.
If you like a sweeter drink, add a teaspoon of simple syrup to the cold brew coffee. Or better yet, sprinkle crushed candy canes on top! As the layers blend, the candy canes will melt into the drink giving you extra peppermint-y goodness!
