Iced Raspberry Mocha Recipe
Bold chocolate meets tart raspberry in this classic iced favorite!

- 1-2 shots espresso
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water OR
- 1-2 tbsp premade raspberry syrup
- ice
- 1 cup milk
- whipped cream, chocolate curls, dried raspberries optional
Pull 1-2 shots of espresso. While still hot, whisk in the cocoa powder with a hand frother.
If making your own raspberry syrup, combine the raspberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat until boiling and then boil for an additional 5 minutes. Strain and allow to cool.
Fill a glass with ice, then add 1-2 tbsp of homemade or premade raspberry syrup.
Next, add the milk.
Finish with the mocha espresso. Top with whipped cream and extras, if desired, and enjoy!
