Blueberry Vanilla Cold Foam Latte Recipe

Bright blueberry sweetness meets smooth vanilla and airy cold foam in this elegant, winter-ready iced latte.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ice
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp skim milk
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine the blueberries, water, and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until sugar dissolves. Continue simmering for an additional 7-10 minutes until the blueberries have softened and are breaking down.
  • Strain with a mesh strainer, then store the syrup in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of the homemade syrup to the bottom of your favorite glass. Add ice.
  • Pour in the espresso, followed by the oat milk.
  • Mix heavy cream, skim milk, and vanilla syrup. Froth, then pour on top of the drink and enjoy!
