What’s in a Mint Chocolate Chip Cold Brew?
This drink comes together quickly with a few simple ingredients.

Cold Brew Coffee
The base of this drink comes from a simple cold brew coffee.
You can use unsweetened premade cold brew concentrate or brew your own with a French press or Mason jar.
They even make a really convenient cold brew pack that eliminates the mess and hassle of brewing your own from the grounds.
You can also use regular coffee that’s been brewed more strongly than usual.
The beauty of this recipe lies in your ability to easily customize to your individual taste!
Cold Foam
Cold-brew coffee is strong, and even with added flavorings, it needs a little something to mellow it out.
I love using plant-based products to make my cold foam, but feel free to substitute full dairy versions.
And if you want to stay true to the Starbucks version of this drink, add a bit of green food coloring to your cold foam.
Flavorings

The chocolate flavor comes from a hint of chocolate syrup swirled into the cold brew coffee.
I love the Torani brand, but you can use whatever type of chocolate syrup you have in your kitchen.
And the signature minty flavor of this drink comes from the mint extract in the cold foam.
The flavors meld perfectly as the drink settles, giving you a refreshing drink with the ultimate fusion of bold coffee, subtle mint, and sweet chocolate.
