Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup cold brew coffee concentrate
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate syrup
  • ice
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp skim milk
  • ½ tsp mint extract
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • tsp green food coloring optional
  • mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cold brew coffee concentrate, cold water, and dark chocolate syrup. Using a whisk or hand frother, mix to combine.
  • Fill your favorite glass with ice. Pour the cold brew over the top.
  • Combine the heavy whipping cream, skim milk, mint extract, sugar, and green food coloring in a small pitcher. Use a frother to froth together.
  • Pour the cold foam on top of the cold brew coffee. Finish with a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips and enjoy!
